Summer sizzles with ruby grapefruit cocktails? With a hint of bbq feeling? If you don’t like the smoky aroma of mezcal, then simply take double the amount of tequila.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
30ml - 1oz TEQUILA
30ml - 1oz MEZCAL
15ml - ½oz TRIPLE SEC
30ml - 1oz RUBY GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
30ml - 1oz LIME JUICE
15ml - ½oz FALERNUM SYRUP
5 dashes PEYCHAUD’s BITTERS

Squeeze your citrus always fresh. Was this tip even necessary to mention? Probably not. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled and salt rimmed glass.
