Crooks Body's face-down position & lack of shadow in Drone tape show Body & Crime Scene NOT Secured

The Sun no longer casting a shadow and the body being face down show the drone footage was taken *after* police found the body, which means they left his body on the roof while they looked around the complex or whatever it is they were doing during the drone footage. Cullen says this voids the evidence.
I'm sure the feds would say they secured access to the roof so that secured the body, if they ever responded to the public. Cullen says a seagull could bite it and elements could cause decay. I don't know what the law is here, if it's universal, or it varies by jurisdiction.
