Obama Has Never Been President - In His Own Words

Barack Obama challenged McCain's eligibility to run for the office of President in 2008.  He originally did so, on the basis that McCain was born outside the boundaries of the USA.  

Later, Obama was forced to admit, that John McCain - while having been born outside of US territory - DID in fact have TWO parents, who were legal US citizens.  This fact DID confer "natural born citizen" status to McCain nevertheless - because neither McCain nor his parents, owed any allegiance to a foreign government.  Undivided allegiance is a basic requirement to hold ANY public office, but is understandably to be held to the highest possible standard for President.

Amazingly, while Obama eventually admitted McCain's eligibility in this bill (which Obama himself SPONSORED), Obama also entered into the permanent record his own INELIGIBILITY; acknowledging IN WRITING that one must have TWO citizen parents to truly be eligible.

Therefore, according to the highest law, Obama was not, is not, and can never have been President of the United States.  This is by Obama's OWN written admission.

It could not help Obama's eligibility even if he had a valid US birth certificate (which he has never demonstrated).  It can not help if he could now prove that Frank Marshall Davis was his genetic father.  His repeated insistence on a Kenyan father, which he has always claimed, is prima-facie evidence of ineligibility, as well as of clearly divided allegiance.  Even if a DNA test showed now that Davis was the donor, it is already a recorded fact that Obama KNOWINGLY entered the presidential race (not once, but TWICE) under fraud and false pretenses.  It is right here in the Senate record.
