Well hello there and a very warm welcome to todays tea break where we will be looking at and summarising the missing evidence from the Thirwall inquiry - which is kind of a big deal

Todays teabreak will spill over into tomorrows blog post which will look at the role of a medical consultant in far greater detail

There has been so much talk about what is admissible evidence in terms of granting leave for a defendents right to appeal a conviction

I certainly feel that criteria was met as soon as Dr Shoo Lee published his updating evidence into air embolus in 2024

I certainly feel that at least from the laymans perspective the tickbox of new evidence has been clearly ticked

But thats just what I think............... what do you think?
