Republican Embarrasses Bush Administrator Who Claimed USAID Helped Win the Cold War

Andrew Natsios, who served the Bush White House as Administrator of USAID, defended the agency on Thursday, claiming that it was one of the reasons why America won the Cold War against the Soviets. Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL) had choice words for the former administrator.
