Sydney, Australia, February 13, 2025 — Two nurses from Bankstown Hospital in Sydney have been suspended and permanently banned from practicing after being caught on video making abhorrent anti-Semitic remarks, boasting about killing and refusing to treat Israeli patients.

The footage, shared by content creator Max Veifer, exposes Ahmad "Rashad" Nadir and Sarah Abu Lebdeh, both verified as NSW Health workers, admitting on a livestream that they refused to treat Israeli patients and wished death upon them.

During the Chatruletka app livestream, tensions escalated when Veifer revealed he was from Israel. In response, Nadir, falsely claiming to be a doctor, stated, “I’m so upset that you’re Israeli. Eventually, you’re going to get killed and go to Jahannam (hell), inshallah.”

Lebdeh escalated the rhetoric further, declaring, “It’s Palestine’s country, not your country, you piece of st. When your time comes, I want you to remember my face so you understand you will die the most disgusting death.”**

When asked if they would treat Israeli patients, Lebdeh chillingly admitted, “I won’t treat them, I’ll kill them… Not God forbid, I hope to God.”

Nadir followed with a throat-slitting gesture, stating, “You have no idea how many Israeli dogs came to this hospital, and I sent them to Jahannam.”

Government Officials Respond: ‘No Place in Our Hospitals’
The video has sparked outrage across Australia, with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese calling it “sickening and shameful.”

NSW Health Minister Ryan Park condemned the nurses’ actions, stating, “The fact that they chose to do this in uniform, while they should have been caring for patients, is appalling. They will never work for New South Wales Health again.”

The Nursing and Midwifery Council of NSW acted swiftly, officially deregistering both Nadir and Lebdeh, banning them from practicing nursing anywhere in Australia.

“There is no place for this in our hospitals,” Park added. “Every Australian should be able to seek medical care without fear.”
