Filing Suits At Common

The Inalienable University has about 25 people filing Suits At Common Law this week, including yours truly, and it's ASTOUNDING that between the 12 Federal District Judiciaries, the process is completely INCONSISTENT.

It took me three hours to go up the chain of command for the clerk to take my filing because they have no training nor comprehension that a CIVIL SUIT and a SUIT AT COMMON LAW are not the same thing.

While I sat waiting for the filing, they have a computer you can view but only the court website and the Supreme Court website, so I re-read the SEC v Jarkesy, as I suggest the Federal Court clerks do.

It's also supposed to be FREE, being that our taxes pay for this but it's not.

A civil action gets assigned to an Article I statutory "magistrate".

A Suit At Common Law, we demand it gets assigned to an Article III REAL judge, one trained in the venue to honor the Bill of Rights.

The clerk and the courts try to set trapdoors to trick the filer into agreeing to go back into statutory where the legal entity HAS NO RIGHTS.

So stay tuned to this profile while I actually hold civil servants feet to the fire for EGREGIOUS violations of my rights.

And if you know Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, John Eastman, whose rights were violated, tell them to WATCH ME....👀 show them how it's done.

Because for all the zillion dollar BAR CARD holders they know, they all entered Article I tribunals they never had to enter.

The war is with the BAR.
There are no rights in the statutory code based system.
