Nikki Budzinski (D-IL): What we're fighting against is Elon Musk, an unelected billionaire, and President Donald Trump, who we all know the scam, the scam that this is about, which is taking our corporate tax rate from 21% to 15% and doing that on the backs of our children, on the backs of educators, on the backs of our public school system. And we're here to say hell no.

Bernie Sanders: We are not going to let them destroy the department of education. Department of educations provide funding for 26 million kids who are living in high poverty areas all over this country. And we have the radical idea that maybe poor kids deserve the same quality education that rich kids do.

Rachel Maddow: Today, outside the headquarters of the US department of education in Washington DC, regular people and people who work at the education department. And as you saw, there are a whole ton of democratic members of Congress and senators saying hands off, saying hell no, we're gonna defend this part of who we are as a country. We're gonna defend this part of our government. It's not legal for you to declare it shut down. And we're not gonna let you shut it down. More than 60% of the country says do not shut down the department of education. Trump and his top campaign donor, Elon Musk, say they're gonna shut it down anyway. Well, looks like it is not gonna happen without a fight.

The only reason Rachel Maddow has a show on national television is because she always defends Democrats and the corrupt government that they control, like the U.S. Department of Education.

Trump and Musk are going to improve the education system by reducing or eliminating the role of the U.S. Department of Education, thereby decentralizing education control back to the states.

Bernie Sanders said, "And we have the radical idea that maybe poor kids deserve the same quality education that rich kids do." That is why Republicans support school choice and voucher programs, because these initiatives allow more families to access better educational opportunities regardless of socioeconomic status.

Bernie should officially join the Democrat"ic" Party instead of pretending to be an Independent because he almost always defends Democrats and the corrupt government they control.
