Join me on the Truma Healing Journey, where I will speak to this topic and help us get to the heart of trauma, PTSD, Complex Trauma and the overall struggle in working through painful experiences from the past. In this broadcast, I want to get into “Understanding the Impact of Trauma,” so that we can be aware of its impact in our personal lives and in those around us.

Today, there is a growing awareness of the impact that trauma can have on our mental health and rightly so, as traumatic experiences are intense life experiences that can have a negative impact on how we feel and relate. More and more people are recognizing the impact that traumatic experiences in their history are having a disempowering influence on their present. In the journey of experiencing healing and freedom, trauma is an important aspect of healing to recognize.

In this series I will will be covering: Trauma, PTSD, Complex Trauma and more. In this first session, I will lay the foundation for understanding trauma and how we can gain insight for our healing and freedom journey.
