MSNBC's Chris Hayes: Elon Musk Has Very Weird Physiology Today, He Was Very, Very, Very Twitchy

Chris Hayes: Well, let me follow up with you in one second when you talk about this through abdication Congress. I mean Susan Collins is the chief appropriator in the Senate, watches this NIH freeze happen. She freaks out and she says, well, I've talked to RFK Junior about it. It's like you chair the Senate Appropriations Committee. Mike Johnson today said, I talked to JD Vance and I think the executive gets to control funding.

Ex-RINO, Now "Independent" David Jolly: Sometimes I worry about repeating myself. I'm on day 5 of saying the Republican Congress has collapsed. It is collapsed. The constitutional crisis is not just because of the malfeasance of Donald Trump. It's because it likes a Susan Collins, of Mike Johnson, of Mitch McConnell, of Steve Scalise. The Republican Congress has collapsed, and that creates the crisis. This is not a crisis if Donald Trump is held accountable.

Chris Hayes: Part of the reason for the crisis, Faz. When Elon Musk was doing, he has very weird physiology today, he was very, very, very twitchy. I have no idea what's going on with him, but just very seems sort of irritable. And just noting that. When he was giving his monologue on democracy and mandates, he neglected to say that those same voters sent the thinnest ruling majority in decades. And part of the kind of autocratic push is the other side of the coin. That they don't have the votes to get rid of USAID. They don't have the votes to get rid of CFPB. They don't have the votes to cut billions of dollars out of cancer, Alzheimer's funding. They have the votes to do none of it. If they had the votes, they would be doing it. But they don't.
______________

I watched it too, Chris, and I did not see Elon Musk twitch or seem irritable. I thought he looked calm and was personable. Although, I did notice that he had a toddler on his shoulders who was poking his fingers in Musk's ears. So maybe that is why he appeared to twitch and seem irritable to you. But we all know what the nasty Democrat Chris Hayes was implying: that Musk was twitching and irritable because he has Asperger's, which is a type of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Oh, did you not know that, Chris? Yeah, right, you didn't know that. And yeah, right, you weren't implying anything.

Also, the fake news and Democrats keep saying that Republicans have the thinnest ruling majority in decades. Yet, during the 117th Congress (2021-2023), the Democrats controlled the Senate. The Senate was split evenly with 50 Democrats, including the two "Independents" who caucus with them, and 50 Republicans. Democrats held the majority because Vice President Kamala Harris could cast the deciding vote in the case of a tie. Yet, I never heard Chris and the rest of the fake news say Democrats had the thinnest ruling majority. Not to mention, Republicans would have won more seats in Congress if Democrats didn't rig and cheat our elections with illegal aliens. And if our elections were secure.

Funny to hear the ex-Republican, who MSNBC labels a Republican on the screen, David Jolly, stress about RINOs in Congress not being against Donald Trump constantly like he was and still is.

Finally, Republicans are not going to cut billions of dollars out of cancer and Alzheimer's funding. They are going to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, which will ultimately help cancer and Alzheimer's funding.
