- ¼ cup milk (for custard mixture)
- 1 cup condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- Additional soaked, peeled, and sliced almonds and pistachios for garnish

**Instructions:**

1. **Boil the Vermicelli:**
- In a saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the colored vermicelli, mix well, and cook on medium flame until tender (approximately 6-8 minutes).

- Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
- Once cooled, add 1 cup of condensed milk (or adjust to your preferred sweetness) and mix thoroughly.
