How Ivermectin became a Target for the ‘Fraud Detectives' From its humble beginnings, derived from an isolated bacterial culture from Japanese soil 46 years ago, to a Nobel prize-winning and anti-parasitic drug, included in the World Health Organisation’s essential list of medicines--ivermectin is one of modern science’s major success stories.
