Today's recipe offers another use for homemade pizza dough: cheese buns or stuffed dough, enjoyed by all ages.

Cheese Buns
1 Pizza dough recipe
Or canned biscuits
Mozzarella cheese 1”x2” cubes, or string cheese cut into 3rds
1 egg and 1 TBSP water for egg wash
opt Toppings Sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, Italian seasoning etc.
Make dough, cut cheese into pieces. Wrap cheese fully with dough.
Be sure to seal all around the cheese well. Put onto sheet pan and let rise up to 10 minutes. Egg wash and add toppings before going into 350-degrees oven for 12-15 minutes

Easy Homemade Pizza Dough
1 Cup Warm water (110-115 degrees)
1 package Active dry yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
1 tsp sugar
2 ½ cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 450-degrees. Grease pizza pan.
Mix water, yeast, sugar and proof yeast for about 10 mins. Add flour, baking powder, oil, salt to mixture. Mix on medium speed in mixer until dough starts to pull away from sides and a soft, sticky dough forms. Cover dough and rest for 5 minutes. Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Roll to fit pizza pan. Transfer to pan. Top with toppings as desired. Bake until golden brown and lightly crisp for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool 5 minutes before serving.
