Israeli cabinet backs Trump’s demand for Hamas to release all hostages by Saturday deadline

Israel’s security cabinet fully supports President Donald Trump’s ultimatum that Hamas release all hostages by noon on Saturday or face renewed military action.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that if Hamas fails to comply, the ceasefire will end, and the IDF will resume intense combat.

Trump emphasized that hostages must be released “all at once” and reiterated that Israel could override the ceasefire.

Hamas claims Israel violated the agreement, delaying hostage releases, Fox News has reported.

The ceasefire, now in its sixth week, has seen 21 hostages freed in exchange for over 730 Palestinian prisoners.
