I drove by this property and noticed that the yard wasn't in the best shape. I decided to knock on the door and offer to clean it up for them for free. A man holding a baby answered and was surprised at what I had offered him. After I finished the service, he came out to thank me one more time and told me that he had just moved into this rental home with his family.
