Community With The Most UNWELCOMING Front Yard Gets CLEANED UP

I found this overgrown property that has not been mowed all year. It looks like this is a common area for these community apartments. I must have driven by it 10 times, always thinking that the owner might hire someone to come mow it down, but they never did. So I came with my equipment and cleaned up this common area for this community. There wasn't much trimming, but definitely a lot of mowing. The concrete around the yard was asphalt, so I couldn't edge anywhere. I finished it by bagging up the clippings and blowing away the debri from areas where it shouldn't be (some of the debri was caked, and at this time, I didn't have my power brush). I hope this community enjoyed this cleanup, and I hope it looks more welcoming now.
