Neighbor Gave Him A FREE Mower And He STILL Won't Mow His Yard

I drove by this property many times and noticed that the grass was really tall in the backyard. I tried knocking multiple times with no answer. I asked the neighbor if anyone lived in that house. He told me that a renter lives there but hardly keeps up with the yard. The neighbor even gave him a free mower, and he still won't mow his yard. I went ahead and mowed the whole property down completely so that the renter could actually use the push mower he received. I'm not sure what's going on with the guy, but I hope that he was happy when he came home and saw the yard all cleaned up and mowed down.
