I KNOCKED On His Door & Offered To Mow BOTH Of His OVERGROWN Yards For FREE

I was driving with my wife to get groceries when I noticed 2 overgrown properties on the same street. I tried to knock on the door, and nobody answered. It looked abandoned! The next day, I knocked on the neighbors door and asked him about the overgrown properties. He told me the owner lives in one of them. I got a hold of the owner and told him that i'd give both of his overgrown yards for free.
