He Lost A LOVED ONE After Buying This HOUSE, I Told Him No Need To Pay Me

I decided to clean up this overgrown property after passing by it every time i'd run my friday lawn care route. While performing the work, the owner showed up and told me what his plans were with the property. He initially told me how he bought a big mistake. I'm not sure what he meant by that, but after buying the home, he told me that he lost a loved one and the home/property renovation instantly became the least of his priorities. I hope that he finds the support he needs to recover fully, and may God bless & strengthen him in his daily walk. Also, about the neighbor... I knocked on her door and she denied my service offer with a "NO!". And yes, people actually say no to free services...
