From the guidance given by President Trump. Commander in Chief is, hey, it's back to basics: combat, readiness, accountability, standards, meritocracy. That's what we're trying to drive in all of our formations back at headquarters, but also all the way to the tip of the spear. And that's re-establishing the warrior ethos, making sure that's the driving factor for all of our combat elements. Any element that we are moving towards is the ability to deter enemies and defeat them if necessary, rebuilding our military strength. And that starts with being fiscally responsible with the tax dollars that are allocated to us, making sure we're not wasting them.
