SummerSlam 1994 took place on August 29, 1994, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, and is best remembered for two major matches: The Undertaker vs. The Undertaker and the epic Steel Cage Match between Bret Hart and Owen Hart for the WWF Championship.

The event's main event featured The Undertaker vs. The "Fake" Undertaker, a storyline orchestrated by Ted DiBiase. The real Undertaker, led by Paul Bearer, returned to defeat his imposter, finally ending the bizarre feud.
