SummerSlam 1994 took place on August 29, 1994, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, and is best remembered for two major matches: The Undertaker vs. The Undertaker and the epic Steel Cage Match between Bret Hart and Owen Hart for the WWF Championship.

The event's main event featured The Undertaker vs. The "Fake" Undertaker, a storyline orchestrated by Ted DiBiase. The real Undertaker, led by Paul Bearer, returned to defeat his imposter, finally ending the bizarre feud.

However, the match that stole the show was Bret "The Hitman" Hart vs. Owen Hart inside a 15-foot-high steel cage for the WWF Championship. This was one of the greatest cage matches in wrestling history, filled with technical brilliance, high drama, and intense storytelling. After a hard-fought battle, Bret retained the championship, but Owen wasn’t finished, as the feud continued to elevate both brothers.

Other key matches included:

Razor Ramon vs. Diesel for the Intercontinental Championship, with Razor winning thanks to an assist from Walter Payton.
Alundra Blayze defending the WWF Women's Championship against Bull Nakano in a hard-hitting women's match.
Tatanka vs. Lex Luger, in which Tatanka shocked everyone by turning heel and joining The Million Dollar Corporation.
SummerSlam 1994 was a memorable night featuring a mix of storytelling, technical wrestling, and unforgettable moments, solidifying it as one of the best WWF events of the mid-'90s.
