Defense Secretary Hegseth Addresses U.S. Africa Command Troops in Germany

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth spoke to troops at U.S. Africa Command in Stuttgart, Germany. He also opened the forum up for questions on several issues, including foreign aid and the treatment of transgender service members.
