He Has To DEAL With This OVERGROWN Property Every YEAR!

I found this empty lot and decided to clean it up for the neighborhood. After I finished mowing the property, one of the neighbors came out and told me if I knew the owner of the empty lot. He's been trying to get a hold of the owner for a couple years now, with no luck, and has to deal with the overgrown grass and weeds every single year. He actually has been thinking about purchasing the lot just to do at least something with it, instead of the lot overgrowing every year. I hope the owner sells the property for further improvement of the neighborhood.
