Mad Max: Lowering the Jeet Territory Threat Level

Taking the Magnum Opus out to lower the Jeet Territory Level in order to gain the level 4 Harpoon.
Went on a rampage of taking out scarecrows in the hopes to quickly lower the level. On the way I came across a few war boys that I was able to avoid without too much harm.
