Sourdough Discard Cookies

Recipe:

Dry ingredients:
4.5 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Wet ingredients:
1 cup butter
1.5 cups sugar
.5 cup sourdough discard
2 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix together wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine. Roll dough into balls, place on cookie sheet, and flatten ball. Cook for 10-12 minutes at 350. Let cool on cookie sheet.

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar and
just enough heavy cream to make the consistency you want.
