Hi Rumblers! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 15 minute practice is a simple flow to relax your body after a good workout. You will feel your tension release with this passive stretch. This is a good flow you can do to complete your daily workout, or just before a good night's rest. This was relaxing for me and I hope you will love it, too!
