Pierre Poilievre unveiled his Canada First strategy for the nation Monday a day after Donald Trump confirmed that he really does want to make Canada the 51st State. But this the Liberals seeing a rebound in pole numbers will this new strategy be enough to keep the Conservative Party of Canada on top in the poles?
