Musk Calls For Impeachment Of Obama-Appointed Judge Who Blocked DOGE Access At Treasury

Elon Musk is calling for the impeachment of the Obama-appointed judge who banned DOGE and the Treasury Secretary from accessing payment systems at the US Treasury, just as Musk was set to Audit the Trillions in payments being made with American tax dollars.
Democrats sued to stop DOGE from gaining access, and selected judge Paul Engelmayer who then held a hearing without DOJ lawyers present. The ruling did not cite any case law or precedent leaving holes for appeal – with many saying this is just an effort to delay Trump’s effort to eliminate waste, fraud and overspending from the federal government. .
