Honey is a dream remedy for sleep, it contains tryptophan, which produces serotonin, which then promotes relaxation. When we are in the dark, our body uses serotonin to produce melatonin!

Salt has many anti-stress and anti-excitatory qualities, making it a great addition to help lower any stress hormone spikes, and balance those stress hormones.
