Ingredients:
- 30 g chia seeds
- 180 g high-protein yogurt
- 1/4 cup (1 shot) coffee
- sugar substitute
Method of preparation:
Mix yogurt, sugar substitute, coffee, chia seeds and stir.
Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or better yet, overnight.
