No-Knead English Muffin Bread...ready in an Hour!

English Muffin Bread is a Preservative-free alternative to store-bought English Muffins! This wonderful yeast bread does not require proofing and does not require any special equipment. It's so much easier to make than English Muffins. Simply mix it, place it in the pan, let it rise for 45 minutes, and bake it!!! Make a double batch and freeze a loaf.

3 Cups, 360 grams, AP Flour
1 TBSP Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Table Salt
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 TBSP Instant Yeast
1 Cup, 227 grams, Milk
1/4 Cup, 57 grams, Water
2 TBSP vegetable or olive oil
Yellow Cornmeal to sprinkle in Pan

Makes one 8 1/2 inch x 4 1/2 inch loaf
