Canelo vs. Skull: Unbelievable Reasons This Fight is Happening!

It's been announced that Canelo will face William Skull Yero of Cuba in May. Williams Skull is 32 years old. Skull currently lives in Germany and is the IBF super middleweight champion.

Skull beat Vladimir Shishkin for the vacant IBF title, which the IBF stripped from Canelo. No one knows who Williams Skull is in boxing. From what I've learned, Skull has an extensive amateur background.

This fight is next for Canelo is because the IBF stripped Canelo for not defending his title vs his mandatory Skull. If Canelo can win, he'll be 2x undisputed.

This feat would make the Crawford fight that much bigger in September.

Will William Skull pull off the upset? We'll find out in May on the Riyadh season fight card in Saudi Arabia.
