The Path of the Sage

A whisper rides the autumn breeze,
Soft as leaves upon the trees.
Not in haste and not in war,
But in the silence we learn more.

The stars don’t rush, the river flows,
The seed will bloom when the season knows.
Not all who wander lose their way,
Some are learning what to say.

Oh, the path of the sage is long,
Woven deep in ancient song.
Not in riches, not in fame,
But in the fire that knows no name.

The mountains rise, the kingdoms fall,
Yet wisdom stands above them all.
A quiet voice, a steady hand,
Will shape the soul, will heal the land.

The stars don’t rush, the river flows,
The seed will bloom when the season knows.
Not all who wander lose their way,
Some are learning what to say.

Oh, the path of the sage is long,
Woven deep in ancient song.
Not in riches, not in fame,
But in the fire that knows no name.

To listen well is to be wise,
To seek the truth behind the lies.
The greatest power ever known,
Is the strength to walk alone.

So I walk this road in trust,
Turning footprints into dust.
For wisdom’s light will always stay,
Guiding those who find the way
