Ingredients:

2–3 eggs

1 tablespoon butter or oil

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Optional fillings: cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meat, herbs

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Eggs

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork or whisk until well combined.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.

2. Heat the Pan

Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.

Swirl the pan to coat the surface evenly.

3. Cook the Eggs
