Gino Recchia NBC26 Storm Shield Weather Forecast

There were some peaks of sunshine earlier this morning before the status deck rolled right back in and kept us under overcast conditions for the rest of the day today. High temperatures got up into the mid and upper 50s, a few degrees warmer than yesterday.  Tonight, we will remain under the persistent cloud deck as temperatures cool down into the mid 40s. Winds will be changing to the northeast and remain steady around 10 mph. A few isolated showers are possible but most areas will remain dry.  Sunday will be cooler with temperatures down in the lower 50s under mostly cloudy skies. Winds will remain out of the northeast at 10 to 15 mph. We will have rain showers returning to the area tomorrow night as a warm front lifts northward.
