Reiner Fuellmich Trail Day 40 Short update by Lawyer Katja Woermer Eng Sub

Dr Reiner Fuellmich finally had another Hearing Day, after a break of more than 2 months, from the 27th of November 2024 to the 4th of Feb 2025. Katja Woermer speaks to Peter about the 40th Day of this long and very frustrating trial.

A surprise was the absence of the very young prosecutor John and his not much older colleague Recher. Instead, Katja reports of the prosecution being in the form of two new, young and pleasant ladies. She is not sure if that replacement is going to be permanent, or if John and Recher are coming back. The sick judge, whose illness or accident led to such a long break is obviously well again, and the trial continues.

Katja got rebuked by Judge Schindler, for reading out loud too much. But I think it's fair enough, after all, Schindler changed the proceedings in July 2024, and since then Trial Observers were kept in the dark, with papers not being read out loud, but shuffled between lawyers and judges. So now, in her final statements, Katja is using the opportunity to read everything out loud, so that the public can finally hear about the case. She also mentioned that hopefully she was able to reach the lay judges also, and inform them, because apparently some of the information wouldn't have been accessible to them prior.

I find that so strange, just as strange as when lawyer Tobias Pohl mentioned not being allowed access to the case file, or only to some parts. So strange. Doesn't sound very fair and just at all. I always thought that lawyers and judges (also lay judges on the case) would have to be given access to everything?
