Madison Heights police warn of door-to-door curb painter who passed out flyers

Madison Heights Police are warning of potentially illegal activity after multiple people reported receiving a flyer advertising painting address numbers on the curb this week.  The flyer said the person was endorsed by St. Clair Shores police and that, on a certain date, he will be painting address numbers on the curbs of those who want it to raise funds for his niece's tuition expenses.
