🇮🇩 Severe Flooding Hits Central and West Java, Affecting Over 64,000 People

🌧 From February 6–7, torrential rains caused rivers to overflow, flooding residential areas in Central and West Java. The worst-hit area was Ngembalrejo village (Bae district), where floodwaters reached 100 cm on roads and 50 cm inside homes.

💧 Heavy rain and strong winds damaged livestock feed warehouses and buffalo enclosures in Kaliwungu village, as well as homes in Mlatinorowito (Kudus district). Fallen trees blocked roads in several areas, including Prambatan, Terban, Hadipolo, Megawon, Golantepus, and Jurang.

🆘 While no casualties have been reported, 64,737 people from 16,185 families have been affected. Authorities are providing assistance and monitoring further risks.
