While Democrat members of Congress were making fools of themselves protesting #ElonMusk's audit of #USAID, #Japan's Prime Minister #ShigeruIshiba agreed to make a $1 trillion investment in #USsteel with new technology rather than acquiring the company outright, so the steel manufacturing and jobs will remain in America. But during the press briefing, Mister Ishiba also made some very attuned observations about #PresidentTrump.

#Japan's Prime Minister #ShigeruIshiba via his translator: "I look forward to working together with President Trump. I respect him immensely to usher in a new Golden Age of Japan-U.S. relations. In other words, he was saying (in a very diplomatic way) that the fake news media made Donald Trump look like a Nazi monster to world leaders!!!
