Deep State Black SUV Staged with Helpless Migrants?

As I got home, yet another Black SUV was in my neighborhood along with someone else filming in a second car looking like an amateur. This time the black SUV was full of innocent children and a young mother, I think. Off camera I approached them. They were scared. I asked them in Spanish their names and if they were ok. Finally, one of the kids answered that they were ok to me in English. I told them ok.
