Bible Study: 2 Thessalonians Ep.2

The Apostle Paul addresses the church in Thessolonica. There we three major problems. The first problem is that the persecution got worse from the Greek, Romans, and the Jews that live in the area. The second problem is a person in the church was spreading false information on when the Lord will return. Some thought the Lord Jesus has already come and He abandoned the church. The third problem is there are many in the church that was that were living idle lives. They were not working in the market place to provide for themselves and for the church. We will look at all of these and see what God says through the Word.

2 Thessalonians 3:2-3
And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil people, for not everyone has faith. But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.
