The T-Rex or Tyrannosaurus Rex is a dinosaur that lived 66 million years ago in the Late Cretaceous period. The Tyrannosaurus Rex was. It lived mainly in what is now western North America. The first find was in 1905.
The Tyrannosaurus Rex was up to 13 metres long, 5 metres high and weighed 9 tonnes. It had a massive skull and very small arms that were still very powerful.
It is unknown whether the Tyrannosaurus Rex had feathers or not. However, it is also possible that the feathers have been lost through evolution.
The T-Rex was a carnivore and fed on other dinosaurs, but it is unclear whether it was an active hunter or scavenger. According to one study, an adult Tyrannosaurus Rex could move at 20-30 km/h, although younger animals could move faster.
The T-Rex is one of the best-known dinosaurs in the world because it appears in many films and books and is also often available as a toy. It is often called the strongest dinosaur because it has a very strong bite. It is thought to have had the strongest bite force, surpassed only by the megalodon.
