Scott Ritter: USAID Will Show That The Establishment Has Been So Corrupt For So Long

The CIA and USAID have worked in parallel - with inter-agency committees. The CIA still runs the whole thing, they just have USAID do the public activities.

If they ever turned the department of justice loose, they'd be pulling senators and congressmen out in handcuffs.
