### **Ingredients:**
#### **For the Sponge Cake:**
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
#### **For the Rose Milk Soak:**
- ½ cup condensed milk
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup rose syrup (Rooh Afza or homemade)
- ½ tsp rose essence
#### **For the Whipped Topping:**
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp rose syrup
#### **For Garnishing:**
- Dried rose petals
- Slivered almonds & pistachios
- Silver leaf (optional)

### **Instructions:**
#### **Step 1: Make the Sponge Cake**
1. Preheat oven to **180°C (350°F)** and grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, beat **eggs and sugar** until light and fluffy.
3. Add **vanilla essence, warm milk, and melted butter**, mix well.
4. Sift in **flour and baking powder** and gently fold until combined.
5. Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for **25-30 minutes**, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool completely.
#### **Step 2: Prepare the Rose Milk Soak**
1. In a bowl, mix **condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, rose syrup, and rose essence** until well combined.
#### **Step 3: Soak the Cake**
1. Poke holes all over the cooled cake with a fork or skewer.
2. Slowly pour the **rose milk mixture** over the cake, letting it absorb completely.
3. Refrigerate for **2-3 hours** (or overnight for the best results).

1. Beat **heavy cream and icing sugar** until stiff peaks form.
2. Gently fold in **rose syrup** for a soft pink, floral-infused topping.
