TransAmerica Trail (TAT) - Boise City, OK to state line OK/NM - Oct 2023

This was on October 2, 2023. The TransAmerica Trail (TAT) is typically done on motorcycle and attempts to stay off paved roads as much as possible. Originally, I was going to pick-up TAT in Alva, OK, but changed my mind that morning to instead save some time to start in Boise City, OK instead. I faded out the video where you need to turn, but I missed it at the time. Somewhat glad I did as I ended up being in the middle of a severe electrical storm. Large hail, heavy rain, and lightning striking the ground within 100ft of me while driving. I was headed to Trinidad, CO, and just wanted to get there as soon as possible. The next video will pick-up leaving Trinidad, CO getting back on the TAT.
