I head out on lunch break to a local park to make and cook some homemade soup with the Trangia Spirit Burner.

The Soup Ingredients: homemade chicken stock, celery, carrot, zucchini, leek, green onion, red pepper, mushrooms, Mild Italian sausage, buckwheat, barley, crushed chili flakes, oregano, parsley flakes, and black pepper.

I bring it all to a boil and then I boil for 20 minutes and then cool for 15 minutes. The Trangia boiled it all a little quickly and I was running out of time so I didn't do the full 15 minute cool. The vegetables came out a little more firm than normal. It still tasted good, but in future I'd take a little more time.
