Marijuana business struggling to survive National Western Complex construction

Construction on Brighton Boulevard is ramping up. The city is ripping up the road around the National Western Complex for a major redevelopment project in the area. A marijuana business in the area says it's struggling to survive the construction and claims the city isn't doing anything to help.
