When will Joel 2:28-32 Be Fulfilled? “I will pour out My Spirit in those days….”

When will this Prophecy be fulfilled? Many within the church believe it applies to the Body of Christ at the very end of the church age before the Rapture. Some in the Kingdom Now, New Apostolic Reformation crowd use these verses to justify a movement called Joel’s Army.
