Much harder style push ups two hands on two fingers!
For a long time, I have been working on one of the most difficult types of push-ups - pushing one (or both) hands with two fingers and during each workout I specially allocate a few minutes (sometimes a few dozen minutes) in order to maximally clear its implementation. When doing this exercise, I did push-ups with two fingers of both hands (thirty times) during which ten of them I did at a slow pace, and I must say this style of doing the exercise is extremely difficult. The difficulty lies in the fact that at a slow pace the load on the muscles increases several times and the muscles get tired instantly. Slow exercise also increases tension on the spinal joints and muscles.
I advise all athletes, especially young ones, to develop and strengthen muscle strength, in each workout, to perform several approaches at a slow (even very slow) pace!!!
