What Are The "Contracts"?

You see me speaking about THE CONTRACTS right?
But almost nobody understands where they entered contracts.

The Declaration of Independence states....
"through the consent of the governed".

So the so called government, which was turned into corporations long ago, MUST HAVE YOUR CONSENT.

As per the Clearfield Doctrine...
They MUST have a contract that compels you to perform or they're violating your rights.

But...
They created mechanisms, to make you believe that you MUST DO THIS OR THAT.

Like get a driver's license.
Like sign IRS forms to work.
Like get married.
Like have a baby and exit the hospital.
Like remodel your home.
Like pave your driveway.

Say what?
I know the social conditioning is deep.

But you're here now.
You were born to be alive at this time.

The world has been turned upside down.
The Constitution was hanging by a thread but now it's having a resurrection.

But what's missing is that all the activists think they can change STATUTORY CODES.

That's not where your rights are.
You just saw that for the last five years!

Even the BAR CARD attorneys are clinging to it.

I saw it with my own eyes at the @DrJohnEastman documentary premiere.

I saw Alan Dershowitz say...."We must change the BAR."
What??

Alan, how are you a so-called constitutional expert?

What they teach you in law school are the CODES and PROCEDURES.

They don't teach how to exercise your rights!

You speak in front of the SCOTUS and yet you have not demanded your 7th Amendment right to a Common Law jury when it's right there in your face.

The Supreme Court in Jarkesy reaffirmed that actions involving private rights, such as common-law fraud, must be heard by an Article III court:
"Congress cannot 'conjure away the Seventh Amendment by mandating that traditional legal claims be... taken to an administrative tribunal." SEC v. Jarkesy, 603 U.S. (2024)
Only men and women have private rights.

You gave up your rights...
Through contracts of fraud.

THEY perceive that you KNOWINGLY waived your rights.
But the contracts lack full disclosure.

There are 8 parts of a LAWFUL contract.

Nobody ever told you..

When you sign the driver's license application, you waived your right to private travel.

You volunteered to be a commercial driver under the DOT "rules".

Would you have ever said yes to that?
No. Nobody would.

When you voluntarily paid for a marriage license, you waived your right to own everything that is produced from that union.

You sign up for probate down the road cuz the state wants their 1/3rd!

When you record your home with the county recorder, you AGREED to be a tenant and pay rent in your own home on your own land!

You consent to it all.
So reclaim your INALIENABLE RIGHTS.
